Google Wants to Make Sure Android Developers Follow the Rules

Google wants to assist Android app developers better empathize its policies.

The web behemothic has redesigned its Android Developer Program Policy Eye to communicate its Google Play policies "with greater transparency and clarity." The redesign should go far easier for developers to understand Google's rules, which encompass appropriate content and activities in the store, and will hopefully result in fewer apps being booted from Google Play over violations.

"From making information technology easier to self-correct small violations in minutes using the app publishing condition feature to improving our policy communication, the new policy eye is function of our ongoing effort to improve the developer experience," Google Senior Production Manager Atul Kumar wrote in a blog mail.

The redesigned site organizes policies by theme (like restricted content, privacy and security, monetization and ads) so it's easier to notice what yous're looking for.
